WOW! Gerson was a very kind and courteous young man who helped me in and gave me EXCELLENT costumer service well beyond the call... of duty. I ordered a plain black coffee without even realizing that?s what I was ordering and because they have a no refund &no exchange policy, Gerson actually PAID OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET for a different drink for me. Amazing place, always clean and fresh. I honestly love the drinks but lately they been adding way too much sugar!! I used to... love their old staff. But the new person that they have is always rude and mean mugging everybody. Like come on if you don?tlike working then don?t!! Read more
this particular location is nothing like the original place in Chinatown on Bellaire! their drinks are not the same or maybe... because of the way the workers at particular don't know hot too make it! or follow directions when ask to adjust the sugarlevel, sweetness of the drinks. I think our request was ignored, we bought one for my husband who is pre diabetic for 25% levelof sugar and a regular one and they both were very sweet, so that means they did not honor our requests and at the same time ittook them awhile to get our drinks as well! I wanted a green tea so popped right in with some friends. A mom and pop shop feel with fun games. Friend ordered an iced... coffee. Drinks and options were great. The cafe itself is soooooo cool. I could see myself hanging out with some friend playingboard games and chit chatting like we did at the U of H den. The staff there are very nice and helpful with suggestion to fit mypicky needs! Colourful and open space to hangout or do a bit of work. Lots of power plugs, USB adapters etc. Iced coffee with 25% sugar was... still sweet enough and it?s strong, it will wake you up. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Had a pleasant stop here. Highlyrecommended. Read more
