Internet was down so they could not process payment so we didn't get any drinks there
WOW! Gerson was a very kind and courteous young man who helped me in and gave me EXCELLENT costumer service well beyond the call... of duty. I ordered a plain black coffee without even realizing that?s what I was ordering and because they have a no refund &no exchange policy, Gerson actually PAID OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET for a different drink for me.
