Ridiculous experience and service today. My husband ordered a small smoothie. Waited 20 minutes and still no smoothie. It wasn't... that busy when entering. Asked for a refund or for the smoothie to be made ASAP and he was told they couldn't refund his order.He reiterated to please then go ahead and make the smoothie we've been waiting on because we have to go and the manager thendenied the service THAT HE PAID FOR AND WAITED AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME FOR. It took me, his 8 months pregnant wife, enteringthe restaurant and demanding either the smoothie or a refund to actually get one or the other. The manager wouldn't even look myway.
