Today I asked for a shaved ice with tropic cream and received with only tropic crème on top and nothing in the middle. I used... to work there and I know that the tropic crème does not only go on top and I asked for pina colada as a second flavor and didnot receive it. I do not recommend this place. Read more
This has quickly become my new favorite SNO stop! And it is all a result of the customer service. The young adults that work... there clearly enjoy their job and most importantly they love making people happy. They always greet us with a smile. They aregreat at making my daughter smile and always offer her a choice of umbrella to put in her SNO. ???? It is the little things thatmake the biggest difference...thank you Bahama Bucks Cypress! This location is so painfully slow. Expect to spend an average of 30-40 minutes waiting in the drive thru. The sodas are 90% ice... so don't expect much of a drink for $4. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers. But at least this time we were actually able to order -a couple of months ago we pulled up to the window and were told that they had no staff so they couldn't serve anyone... whyanswer at the speaker then??? The service at this Bahama Bucks is awful! We regularly come here when the kids are back home from college. No more. We ordered... online Flat Top (*REQ. FOR DELIVERY* Same amount of Sno® in a bigger cup). They did not use a bigger cup. When we questionedit, they said they don't do that. They said they have no control over the online site. Our order was supposed to be ready at3:54 p.m. We didn't get it until 4:12. They prioritized the drive through window orders over the online orders. We were watchingthem as they worked and they had questionable hygiene practices (setting the ice on the counter, scooping the ice with theirgloved hands when they were touching all the surfaces with the same gloves, etc.). The snow cones at bahama bucks are delicious. The service at this location is terrible.The drive through line was long, so my... date and I went inside. The wait was so long. We waited 40 minutes for our snow cones for no good reason. There were six peoplebehind the counter "working" but only two of them were doing anything. One was working on inside orders and one was working inoutside orders. The rest of them were standing around talking and playing around like they weren't busy. It was ridiculous. I?ve been in the line for the past 20 minutes just waiting for ONE snow cone (along with this person). This isn?t the first time... we have waited so long and we don?t even have AC, so we are just sticks in the heat, sweating and waiting 20+ minutes for snowcone. It?s ridiculous. We pull up to the drive through, and they say ?we?ll be right with you??. Waits 5-10 minutes just to takethe order, and then another 10-30 minutes just to give the other person their order, another 5-10 for them just to take themoney for my order, and then waits another 5 to hand it.
