The cashier is atrociously rude. Absolutely disgraceful. She never smiles and is rude to all of the customers. When I asked her... if she could charge me to correct price for the sandwich I purchased, she rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and gave me arude sarcastic response. She refused to charge me the correct price for my sandwich and refused to talk to me when I asked her aquestion. It?s too bad, because their food is good albeit overpriced Read more

Clean location this little spot is a place to grab a quick place to grab a bite to eat located on the lower level of the Medical... Tower. The have salads, wraps, and sandwiches made to order fresh, they have an assortment of deserts & drinks (tea, pop, juice, water) oh and they have about 6 different soups on a daily basis's as well. The only thing bad is it can be expensive dependingon what you get just a heads up, the chicken soup is good. They have lots of places to sit where you can sit and eat and itdoesn't taste like hospital food just in case you have those thoughts going on in your head, and it is right across from Kuu Ibelieve so there is some little water area over there where you can also go sit outside and eat. And they used to do specialson their desserts after 3 PM where I think it's half off be sure to ask if they still do it cause they do close early @ 4pm.Staff is not the most talkative or happiest looking but they don't have a bad attitude with you, but they could look more happyor speak to the customer's. But I go there every time I go to the dr. Have to get the chicken soup. Read more

It's good for a quick bite and is better than the hospital room service. The hot sandwiches were pretty good and generally... healthy. It's better than many quick service delis that serve most hospitals. Both the chicken and turkey avocado were good onwheat ciabatta bread. Limited cold items and salads. Read more

This place is located in the memorial herman tower, I only eat chicken noodle soup here but I have recently been going to look... at it and it doesn't look very good so I will just get the English toffee cookies for my husband he likes them. The prices forall the food here is expensive a large bowl of soup sorry dont know the ounces is like $8 to $9 and each cookie is $1.79 each, they also have salads, fresh sandwiches, and drinks but I haven't really looked at the prices or the items cause those thingsare not my types of foods. The staff is just ok in customer service nothing special they are there cause they got a job. But theplace is clean and has tables to eat at and I think they close at 4pm I believe. Read more

Compared to other Au Bon Pain restaurants this one seems lacking in a few areas. Staff is slow and seem disinterested. The place... is fairly clean but checkout is painfully slow during weekday lunch. Read more
