I waited a day to decide if I should post about my experience at this Arby's location, but i was so uncomfortable and it... bothered me so much that I feel like this review needs to be posted. I came to this location yesterday afternoon around 3pm. Awoman took my order at the drive thru speaker. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window an older, black gentleman came to thewindow. I was expecting to pay for my order and get my food, but instead this gentleman solicited me for money. He said that his"auntie" was in the hospital and he was collecting money to get her a gift card and asked me for any cash I had. I was totallytaken aback and felt that this was highly inappropriate. I truthfully told him no, that I did not have cash and would not begiving him any money. He then continued to press the issue and asked me if he could have my phone number so he could get backwith me later. I was so surprised and unsettled by the conversation, I just bluntly replied "What?! No!" He expressed hisdisappoinment and waited a few more seconds, looking expectantly at me, before finally walking away. A couple moments later thewoman who took my order over the drive-thru speaker came and processed my order, gave me my food, and I drove away. I was takencompletely off guard by the request for money to be personally given to a worker and by the way he continued to press the issue.I was extremely uncomfortable during the whole interaction and did not appreciate being forced into a situation where I couldnot escape the conversation or deflect the pressure that was being placed on me by repeatedly asking me for money outside of mybusiness transaction. This was not a request for a tip or a fundraising effort that was condoned by the business. It felt veryopportunistic and predatory to have my order used as an opportunity to panhandle while on the job. Wanted to try the new hush puppy battered fish. The fish was good, but that tarter sauce was a joke. It didn't look or taste... like tarter sauce. Meal came with curly or crinkle fries, and drink. Choice of 3 or 5 PCs of fish. Read more
My husband and I came to this Arby's the other night and if I could rate one employee 100 stars I would give it to Charity...she... really took her time with us trying to understand what we would like (we never been before and were very undecisive) the onlyreason they don't get the full five is because my food could've been a little warmer.But we will come again really appreciateeveryone customer service in there. I must say I've never really had Arby's before but me and my kids loves their commercials. Sooo I had to finally try "The Meats"... lol. Not pictured was the crinkled fries which Iate before I could get a picture... it was all so delicious and I want to goback to try some other items. Staff was nice and professional as well. One thing I didn't like was the amount of condiments(mayo and bbq sauce) drenched on the sandwich. Read more
Pretty good lunch! I had just finished working in an attic and wanted something not very hot to eat. I dined in, and the... restaurant was in good, clean condition. I ordered today a beef dip that Clearly states toasted bun. Not Only was the bun NOT toasted it Was dry and hard. The meat was... so cold the Swiss cheese was also cold. I also ordered the Jamaica shake and they delivered a vanilla shake. BEWARE?most Horrible Arbus I have ever been to. Read more
