The food was great! We had a difficult person with us and the waiter handled her and our table very well. I always enjoy eating... and drinking at Applebee's. It was a little warm, for my taste, hut other than that, I had no complaints. Read more

I don't like it when I get average food. Service was forgetful once to often. Quiet place because Noone was there. I like quiet,... but now I know why. The specials were designed so that you wouldn't buy them, to be sure you spend more money. I thought thatwas genius from a marketing perspective. Read more

We were prefaced that our server was new, and she was incredibly sweet, however, a little less efficient than expected. Came... back to ask questions about the order around 3 or 4 times, which caused a delay in the kitchen. We had finished the meal by thetime our last entree was even out. We had ordered two entrees, one soup, and two appetizers, three of those items were includedin the "2 for $25" deal. Two of our orders, including an entree, hadn't came after over thirty minutes of sitting and waiting,so we had decided to forgo them and get them taken off of the check. When explaining this to the server, she had brought backwho I'm assuming is the big boss, as his name was displayed on the building itself. He had explained that the burgers werecoming straight off the grill, which is greatly appreciated, but we had waited over 15 minutes after the first burger came outand didn?t stay long enough to see the second. He also, once again, explained that she was new and we had explained that she wasnot at all the issue. The massive delay between ordering and receiving the food was the issue. And the place was empty, I can?timagine they had a huge influx of orders by the other ten people in the restaurant. Plus, as manager, I am assuming training isin your hands, isn?t the manager to blame for inefficient servers in the first place? I hate to be the customer who says"Customers should always come first!", but in this situation, the manager had not an ounce of empathy and seemed like hecouldn't care less for our problem. He was not at all looking to resolve the issue. Which I guess is fine as long as he doesn?twant to keep customers around. Plus the food was slightly less than satisfactory. I suppose this isn't my worst experience atApplebee's, so I really shouldn't be surprised lol. Read more

I?m absolutely disappointed this food had old fries and over cooked chicken. The chicken was dry and tasted nasty like the... chicken had been frozen for a long time. Horrible service, we sat there for over ten min before our server greeted us. Took an hour for our food to come out? they ran... out of silverware and gave all of the guests plastic to-go utensils? my husbands flaming hot boneless wings were a complete joke(chicken nuggets with some spicy flakes sprinkled on it)? we will never be back.
