First time here. Parking can be a problem. A small place, very trendy & loud. Hard to hold a conversation with someone... across the table. This was around one pm. Service was excellent the entire time. Cannot fault the service people. We hadlooked at the menu online before arriving. Had decided on "three little pigs" as one option. It was also on the printed menu placed on the table. Well, it's not available, hasn't been for several weeks, according to the staff. Ordered the EggsBenedict as an alternative. The brioche bread it was on could not be cut with a regular knife. Had to request a serrated knifeto cut the bread. The meat was salty & the eggs were off temperature. The other orders also had off temperature eggs, thoughthe food was acceptable. The kale salad with meat added is pricey. There are much better places with more choices for aweekend brunch. Read more

My experience here was extremely horrible, this what was given to me on a to go order, and when I called to inquire why most of... my fries were burn or black the owner Jeff stated that the potatoes were made that way... huh? It?s really hard to mess up whenmaking chicken strips and French fries , but they did. I think the oil must have been old or hasn?t been changed in weeks butregardless of whatever it was it?s unacceptable. Jeff then went further to say that I could leave and never eat there again.Jeff (manager/owner) as he positioned himself to me was rude and very unwelcoming. Overall terrible experience and I woulddefinitely not recommend anyone to eat there. Read more

Wife and I had our second lunch @ the Drexel House. The first was a delight. The second, indescribably bad. Today's menu... described a hamburger steak which was nothing more than a block of salt sandwiched between lettuce and tomato. Wine selectionis good but be aware of the nauseating amount of salt that is the ordinary fare. Wife's salad was equally soaked. Our mentionto the server was acknowledged with the traditional, "...I'll let the chef know." Today's experience will be a branded reminder- either go elsewhere or buyer beware. Read more

The food here is always good and it is a real pleasure to eat there because the staff treats us like a king. I think it is the... best restaurant in 77027. Local ownership rules. Read more
