Not to piggyback off of the last reviewer, but the guy working there really does act like he's doing you a favor or something... and it rubbed me the wrong way. They don't ever pick up their phones (This is the second location of theirs that does that), Iwent there to place an order with specific instructions to leave out certain things like pickles and it just went in one ear andout the other. Good food, and good prices. Their order delivery system malfunctions. It automatically sends you a message 10 minutes after... placing an order that the food is ready for pickup. But the guy didn't know anything about my order till I got there. I had towait an additional 10 minutes before the food was ready; but the quality of food more than made up for the wait. Read more
Horrible food. I ordered this at the university of Houston, their portions were horrible. The food was bland, I asked for garlic... sauce and the guy inside said we?re out he had a full bottle of garlic sauce. Over there it said I was charged $14.00 when I gothome they charged me $18 for a chicken arabi, I?ll never go here again Read more
Where to begin, the order we placed was not made on time even thought the order was placed days prior and this was for a family... event and we looked forward to tonight and worst of all, the portion is a bit skimp and if you order from here you'd need tooder extra, the family platters are mainly a big fry pile with some very small shawarmas. DO NOT Order anything online at place and if your Black . They do not want our money ! Ordered online received an text... confirmation that my food was ready for pick up at 8:22pm it is 9:26 and i?m just getting my food . Once I arrived showed myorder number and the man refused to look at it saying he didn?t know what I was taking about he didn?t receive an order. Aftershowing my text messages confirmation and email and bank statement with attitude makes me wait an additional 20 minutes to makethe wrong order! Then I have to again show my order confirmations as he then tells me what my order was ignoring the actualorder. Finally snatches back the wrong order and makes me what an additional 15minutes to make it . Do not waste your Money ! Read more
