I hadn't been in this bakery before but it was highly reccomended by close friends and I'm really glad we went inside. I got the... honey cake (pictured) and the pineapple cake (not pictured before I consumed it in 4 bites). I'm a huge pineapple fan and lovedthe pineapple cake. It's not a traditional layer cake but a pineapple compote inside a buttery shortbread crust. Small sweet andjust the right thing for an after lunch dessert. They honey cake is very nice too. 85C Bakery Cafe was awesome. The Cafe was exceptionally sparkling clean. The food was displayed so beautifully, that we wanted... to purchased everything.. We purchased the Mango cake, fruit cake, several coconut breads and rolls. We also ordered lycheebubble teas. So good. This place is wonderful. Everything was fresh. We will definitely return. I have enjoyed many 85C Bakeries from San Diego to Dallas & Austin and this one didn't disappoint. When I arrived, the egg tarts... were fresh and ready to be inhaled. Everything I've tried has been really good, all of their pastries are indulgent. If you areon a low carb diet, stay away! Some of my favorites are the egg tarts, sausage rolls, cookies, and the blueberry cheesecake.Whether you have enjoyed 85C many times or are curious, I highly recommend stopping.
