The manager threatened to call the police on me!I enter the store before business hours not knowing because there wasn?t no... hours wasn?t deplayed on door.So I didn?t know they wasn?t open for business.Rudely and disrespectful the manager yelling at melike I?m an child.Threatened to call the police.I entered the store with good faith and intentions. These people over here . They got my order completely wrong. They were unprofessional. Didn?t apologize for having me wait in... the store for 45 min additional after placing a order online . They kept telling everyone 5 minutes instead of being honest whenasked how much longer will the wait be. I paid for sausage in my boil and did not get it and asked for rice in my platter mealsand got fries. They didn?t give any condiments that were apart of the order . Read more
Worse experience, EVER!!! Took wayyyy too long to be served once I got there. Even though I called in my order about 20... minutes prior, when I got there, I was told that my order STILL wasn?t ready, so I waited and waited and waited. Then, when Ifinally got my order, after about 45 minutes, it was wrong!!! No apologies!!! Nothing!!! I was left with horrible service and abad taste in my mouth for this place. Never again!!! i ordered a large crawfish etoufee and they gave it to me like this ?? i asked for another one and they gave me a small. the... white rice tasted like uncooked hospital food, bland asl. the garlic bread was cold. just so unsatisfying. i hate to be thatperson but aint no way yall just giving it up like that. wont be coming back :/ Read more
This particular location is terrible. They can?t keep employees and every time I?ve gone to try to give them another chance,... they mess up again. I had blackened fish and shrimp. Somebody literally POURED blackening seasoning all over the fish to thepoint it tasted like a pile of gritty salt. Crunchy pieces of rice, so it?s undercooked. As I waited for my food, 3-4 peoplecame back in for food that was either mixed up, messed up, or they forgot something in their bag. Never again!!! Read more
Today, Monday for lunch. Unfortunately, we had a very bad first experience with them. We ordered online, only to find out when... we got there that our order wasn't ready and had been "lost". So, we reordered to go and turns out that they only got half ofour order correct. What we got tasted good, but my shrimp gumbo only had two pieces of frozen prepared shrimp and more ricethan gumbo, when I asked for no rice. We called to rectify the issue with the manager but they said that we'd have to come backfor a refund, after we had already waited there due to the order that was lost online. So, unless you're super careful withyour order there, I'd avoid them, and Don't order online! Read more
I ordered a shrimp fried rice plus I wanted the melon Agua Fresca from the drinks. My 1st rice was crunchy. The melon drink came... out looking like tinted water so I asked if it was supposed to look like that. The worker didn't know. It was gross. Theyremade my rice...looked like they only gave me 1/2 of what it should've been on top of they wanted to charge me for the butteragain bc I put the 1st 1 in the crunchy rice.
