I am a regular customer here..but this visit left me very disappointed. They messed up my order and mislabeled some of our food.
Great service, order is always correct, very rare for fast food.
The only fast food place that always get my order right, I have 3 kids so it?s usually complicated. I also love the ease of... walking in and using the kiosk then just waiting for my food which is super quick, wayyyy quicker then drive thru. You know... a little consideration goes a long way. The guy behind us had his radio blasting. I had to speak up, but when I... ordered "fresco style" and I got a condescending response, it's disappointing. Then, we get out food after we pay and thecashier closed the window. It was incorrect and lacking an item. We left. We'll take what we can get and they know this. 2 starscause we at least got food. What does that say for your restaurant? Not a thing. Read more
The workers there are extremely kind and patient. Food service is quick ; have not seen a mistake since I moved here. Just wish... the entire chain labeled the food better than wrapping them all in the same bean burrito wrapper for anything. You have to openeach item and peek inside the actual filling itself. Customers shouldn't have to do that. Would be five stars otherwise. Read more
