I work at a doctors office and we made a large order and my office manager went to pick it up and the workers were very rude.... They were complaining in her face saying ?oh my god. You?re seriously ordering 20 sandwiches.? If I could give this place nostars I would! Very rude should legit all be fired. Read more
Made an online order. My grandmother went to pick it up and the young blonde girl that worked there was complaining about the... supervisors not doing there job. However, when I received my order , both mine and my mother?s wraps were completely wrong and Iwas also missing two cookies, a bag of chips, and drink. Now, I am not the type of person to EVER complain about food becausethere are much bigger problems in the world but I WILL complain about attitudes. When my grandmother went back to get her coke,chips, and cookies, she straight up called my 76 year old grandmother a LIAR! Said that I didn?t order that when I had myreceipt to prove it and then changed her story to say that she gave the stuff to me. Needless to say, We figured out exactlywhich one wasn?t doing her job correctly. I walked in as I always do with a hello, and one of the employees gave me a blank stare and said nothing. Very discourteous in... my opinion. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but you still have a job to do. A company's employees can make or break abusiness. Besides that, the service here is usually great. This subway curiously was not underground, but in a strip mall in Houma. Nevertheless, the sandwich was good and the service... friendly. What I appreciate about Subway is consistency no matter where you are the world, and a familiar taste. Thanks toSubway. Read more
