This was one of the worst visits I have had at Popeyes, took forever just to get them to acknowledge you there, but even longer... to come take an order. On top of that, it took over 30 minutes to get the small order I placed and then they got upset when Iasked about it. I ordered the chocolate beignets, only to get them later cold and just thrown into a regular bag and handled itto me. They didn't give anything to eat with and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. As long as I was there, there was abad vibe in the air. Would not recommend this particular Popeyes, cause they forgot the two top goals, Good Food Fast and GoodCustomer Service, they suck big time tonight. The food is great but the workers' attitudes stink!!! They never sound happy in the drive thru. They'll mess up your order and... then get mad when you say it's not right. Read more
Ordered a 8 PC, and long behold I get 4 wing, no legs and what appears to be thighs and half breast. The chicken wasn't fresh... and tasted old. About 130 pm yesterday. And today I feel like I need to throw up. Why do you feel throwing in 4 wings is a goodportion for a 8 PC is beyond me. I think I will be done with this store. Read more

Not at all what I think a new store would be. The food was okay, but the staff was very loud with conversations among... themselves. The dinning room was not clean and I had to look for the cleanest dirty table to sit at. Read more
Terrible experience, I waited 30 plus minutes for my food, I got to the window and paid and they told me to pull up, after... waiting 20 minutes they came out and asked me what I was waiting for.. Are you kidding me? I didn?t get my sauce either, 0/10 donot recommend coming here, especially with their poor attitudes. Can?t wait till chick Fil a come to the east side! Read more
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich which I felt tasted a bit funny and the texture was almost rubbery. I assume maybe it wasn't... fully cooked. I did call and spoke with the manager and she did offer for another sandwich or a full refund, which I did returnthe following day for a refund. The manager on duty seemed to have had an attitude when I asked for a return and didn'tapologize or anything. The popcorn shrimp which I had to wait 15 minutes for was a bit overdone as well. Worst popyes I have ever been to. When I got to the window there was 8 workers playing on there phones and playing around all... the food and they got my order wrong and had an attitude when I told them my order was wrong. The worst popyes I?ve ever beento. Would never recommend this location to anyone. It?s beyond pathetic Read more
