The food was good. The service was a little slow. One of our party didn?t get his food until the rest of us were at least half... way finished. I don?t know Copelands policy but we had 6 people and an 18% tip was added to our bills. I Always tip at least20-25%. I have a couple times tipped the entire bill but if you put an automatic tip of 18% then that?s all you will receive. Read more

The Seafood Platter and Shrimp Po-Boy hasn't changed in over 10 years of deliciousness. The best part was seeing waitress A.... whom visited my table, this amazing lady remembered me after not seeing her in 9 years. Thank you A. for remembering me as oneof your best customers at Copeland's. I will come back to Copeland's for the food and to visit you. 4-Stars were given becauserenovation work was in progress. The rib-eye was terrible, way over cooked and very little flavor. It kind of tasted like one of those frozen dinner Salisbury... steaks. The sides were good and the service was good overall. When I brought up how bad the steak was the server she said thatcorporate had just come in and changed a bunch of things. She was apologetic but it did seem a bit disingenuous. Great food and great service. They have extensive options with good portions and prices. The crab claws are always a good choice... for an appetizer and I haven?t been let down by any of the pastas. The only thing I did not love was the tortilla soup because Iwas expecting a broth based soup. All in all very consistent and good.
