If I could I'd give a no rating. I have had a stroke and can't speak fast or very loud. The cashier told me to to freaking hurry... up and get on with my order In a very rude manner. I informed her that I couldn't speak well. I haven't visited a Church's Chicken in a little while as the closest one to me is 45 minutes away but there has been a lot of... changes. The prices are higher, the tenders have changed, there is only like 3 regular sides - all others are now "premiumsides" and cost more. It was very smoky inside which made it really hard to be in there with a mask on. A good rule of thumb isto check your food before leaving. I ordered a large okra with my meal and was given a small but I caught it before leaving. Idon't care for the new tenders; I like the old ones better but the rest of my meal was good. Read more
The chicken used to be much better. I don't know what they have done but the chicken used to be well seasoned. The chicken now... has no flavor and the outer coating is horrible. Every now and then the chicken is excellent and tastes like its supposed to doI don't know who they have cooking but whoever it is clearly don't know what they are doing.
