No chips and salsa were brought out. I asked if that was something they still did, it's been awhile for me. Waitress said yes,... she would bring some. Never saw those chips. And its policy that you get either free chips and salsa or a non alcoholic beverageif you spend at least $5. They still charged me for the soft drink. And the waitress complained that no lunch rush came. AND shecomplained that someone had quit as well. We left. Very unsatisfying experience. Read more

We ordered an appetizer then our main course. Received the main course and not the appetizer. We cancelled our appetizer as they... started to bring it out. Didn't want it after the main course. We asked our waitress for refills on our drinks. We waited atleast 10 minutes before our waitress came over to see if we needed at. Told her we were still waiting on the drink refills. Sheasked us who we told about getting the refills and we said her. Finally got them, but too aggravated to finish our meal. Weasked another waitress to ask the manager to come over but never showed up. Either the waitress didn't say anything to themanager or the manager didn't care. Will never go back. Read more

Left a one star review because I had to in order to leave the review. Waited 5 minutes at the door to be seated then waited... another 10-15 minutes at the table and no waitress ever came by to take my order or ask if I wanted a drink. If you only have 1hr for lunch don't go to this chili's because you will not have enough time i finally had to walk out and go somewhere else toeat. VERY VERY VERY SLOWWWWW!!! Read more

Friendly staff. Arrived 5mins before closing time an they still served me a full meal. The food is great as well.

I came to this location today with my husband first this I noticed when I walked in no host (figured short staff) well was I... wrong a young lady came out from the side and as she approached us she had a cup Of ice in her hand her iPhone head phones inchewing gum. Sat us at a dirty table had to ask for a towel so it could wiped down. Now our server was wonderful he really madeup for the bad host. Very upsetting to see this when I first walk into your place of business your host is the face of therestaurant and that?s what we see not good. Food was okay. Read more

Our server was very good. Food was good, just took longer than expected to reach our table. Presentation of the food is too... much. A plate for the burger & fries would have been better. Price was decent. Not sure if I'd recommend coming here. Read more
