I ordered the brisket and we asked if it was tender and was told it was. My friend sent hers back. The middle was some what... tender but the outer edge was like crispy like bacon. Love their Roast Beef Sandwiches and so glad they added crinkled fries to have a choice. Their original curly seasoned fry just... wasn't my thing. The only problem is the last couple times I drove thru the frys were soggy and cold. Read more

I love Arby?s. I always come for the cheesesticks and a roastbeef sandwich but today I was sadly disappointed when I wasn?t... acknowledged in the drive through to have my order taken, I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes at the speaker Theorder taker after I said something said she would be with me and left me hanging for another 4 minutes. I?ve never experiencedthis before with Arby?s. Unfortunately I won?t be back for a little while to this location. Hope this drive through issue getsfixed. I?m sure other guests are irritated as well.
