I've always have good service here. If a mistake is made they are very happy to correct it. Even if I came in later or call.

Everytime I go there they seem to be out of donuts. They have a selected few they seem to have all the time

Swung in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Got the #9(everything bagel, bacon, egg, cheese, with hashbrown and med. coffee)... Coffee was great, sandwich was great, but hashbrown was cold. Not the best, not the worst. Read more

Staff was not trained to make order and when I asked other staff to help her complete the order this person told me that she was... m Not able to help her. I had to ask her again to do so then a third staff brought the order to me and apologized for theirbehaviors. Sad situation was waiting for thirty minutes for that order. Please train your staff appropriately and have otherstaff aware and willing to assist. Read more

Tim Hortons has the best coffee!! Their donuts are pretty great as well. Needed to stop and pick up my supply of their coffee to... take back south. Read more

Usually, we are pretty pleased with this location. We normally prefer Tim Hortons over anything else. Not today. I don't know... what happened to this location but, it went downhill FAST. Most frustrating experience with Tim Hortons, that we've ever had.Went through the drive-thru this morning before 11. After sitting in a SHORT line for almost 30 minutes (after multiple carswere sick of waiting and got out of line and left), we found out that they were out of literally almost everything. It took usalmost 15 minutes just to place an order, because they kept telling us, "we don't have that" over and over again. After beingfrustrated over their lack of available menu items, we tried to order pumpkin lattes. They have pumpkin lattes listed on theirmenu. But, to our surprise, what else they were "out of"? A latte machine. They don't have a latte machine. So, you can't orderone. Employment didn't even try to make up for any of it. Drove away with our plain decaf coffee and frozen pumpkin drink thatmy wife settled for. The coffee beans were burnt in both drinks (couldn't even drink my coffee it was so bad) and my wife saidher drink tasted like burnt milk with pumpkin syrup. We will be trying again, in hopes that this was just a bad day. But, bewarned...sometimes things like this never turn back around. Hopefully for their case (and ours), they return to their normalgreat location. If they do...then I would highly recommend. Until then...definitely not. Read more
