Excellent customer service. Owner is an absolute beauty. He had us try a deep dish pizza that he just made up, and asked me and... my friends to review it. That also was spectacular. As someone who grew up in Chicago, I can say that I?ve had my fair share of Italian Beefs. Everything was delicious, place was... clean and the snack selection was unique. Owner and staff were all very generous and nice. The gravy is everything and they hitthe nail on the head, the giardiniera was also fresh and tasty. Beef itself wasn?t Vienna or Buona but don?t let that discourageyou, THEY make their own and it was so damn good! Go here. You won?t be disappointed. Read more
We had a great experience here and it really satisfies the need for a quick tasty bite of food! We stopped by for lunch and... split one sandwich between two people. We asked them what they recommended and they graciously explained the options and madesome great recommendations. We got a cheesy beef melt on the hoagie bread with extra cheese and hot giardinera. We loved thepickled mix and the spiciness. The au jour was very flavorful and everything was really tasty. I would definitely return to havea full sandwich and try something new. Read more
For stars for the place and service, but for the food (I ordered their main menu of chicago beef), it is probably not for me. I... can?t really enjoy the combination of celery + carrot + jalapeno in a sloppy bun, also I can?t really taste the cheese (is therecheese in it??). For dine in the will also put in a bag, I understand probably this is a normal to-go resto in covid era, but Iguess with plate and provide normal water n ice (not bottled) service would do good. The staff was friendly, especially the tall guy with the glasses Five Stars On The Beef and the Five Star Service !! ?..
