The food was normal McDonald's except they seriously need to change their grease. The problem is over charging. I ordered meal... with two drinks and upsized to large. Getting charged the extra for upsizing is not the problem. It is the math they do. $11.58+ $0.60 upcharge should be $12.18. They subtotaled $13.57 and charged tax on $13.57. Employees seem more interested in their clown colored hair than getting orders right.
Was very disappointed tonight. I waited over 20 min for my order and then had to wait longer because they forgot the fries. Not... surprised but disappointed because this McDonald's usually does alright. They seemed under staffed though, so it makes itunderstandable. I just wish they could have at least apologized ???? Fast service, fresh hot food, decently priced, and friendly service! There might be a technical issue with the ordering screen... in the drive-thru reading one price, but being told another price by employee. No biggie, I was a tiny bit confused but I'm sureit's being fixed soon. For example, the ordering screen said $21 something, but our actual total was only $12 something.
