Not every experience at Starbucks is great. However, when I went a few weeks ago I ordered an iced drink, they accidently made... me a hot drink. I got to keep the hot drink and they remade the iced version. Then the barista gave me an extra cup with twoshots of cold espresso and appologized for me having to wait. I wish I rememberd the baristas name, because it was above andbeyond service. Read more

This location is AMAZING! I am kind of what you may call a 'regular' so I do frequent this location several times each week. ... Regardless of how busy the staff is, they are always so kind. Even when they are out of items waiting for a truck to deliver,they are so helpful in suggesting other delicious substitutions to my 'normal' order! They told me to come in for an interview....so I did....and I wasted gas and my time just to be told that I didn?t get the... job....I felt judged and they looked like they weren?t interested....I answered their questions and everything.....then the ladytold me she had others to interview but if she had others why let me come in and why tell me that. So rude and very stuck up...Iwill not be going back or even getting Starbucks from that location. Plus I was there on time and and she took forever just tointerview me. I?m guessing I didn?t meet her standards and they could have told me I didn?t have the job the same day....it tookthem 3 days to tell me.I?ll be telling my friends and family about y?all . The employees are absolutely to die for! They are sweet, carry conversation well, make amazing suggestions that made my order... taste amazing, and remembered my name from the previous day! The lobby is very clean and comfortable, which made the experienceeven more amazing. I love coming here to get my work done or hang out with friends, and I highly recommend this location forothers to enjoy as well! Read more

They don't even deserve this star. This is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. They are RUDE AND SOOOOO... UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They will get your order WRONG and OVERCHARGE you. It's sad that you must look at your receipt to ensure youget charged correctly. Sometimes they will give you your money back when they overcharge you and sometimes they make you callcorporate to get ot back. It's like babysitting and for this location myself and coworkers won't ever try it again. I don't knowif it's Management or what but it's awful and they need to clean it up. Horrible Job guys!!!
