Wow! This was delicious! Flavor flavor flavor! We picked this place to eat dinner because we are gluten free and it was... reasonably priced (the create your own Ramen bowl starts at $9). It was above and beyond our expectations (my mom took her firstbite and immediately said she wished she had gotten two orders, although one was plenty of food). The menu highlights what'svegan, what's gluten free, and what's not, so there are options for all. River made our food and chatted with us for a while andwe had such a good time! So friendly and good natured, how anyone leaves anything less than 5 stars is beyond me! You mightdrive by it because it's set back in an alley, but turn around and go get some Tasteful Noods. Despite the fact that the food tasted fantastic, I would not go back because it was very expensive, too almost an hour for our... order to be finished. My biggest issue is that once we arrived home and distributed our food, I realized that my build your ownbowl was not in the order and was instead a chefs special. The people working were super nice. They had vegan and vegetarian options. The ride home was only about 15 minutes and the... noodles had absorbed all the broth by then so it wasn?t really soup anymore. Pretty good taste but not the same as a ramenrestaurant. Read more
Disappointed that we came here to find them closed. Can't rate 5 until we try them. They are closed during the day. The sign... does not state that they will reopen at night, which apparently they do, so I guess this is a place you have to call before youleave to see if they are open Edit: Rating has gone down for your poor response. I never said you should be open all day. Butmaybe you should put on your google search page that you are closed for a good portion of the day. That way people don't wastetheir time trying to give you business when you aren't there. Or on that big sign you've got outside instead of just saying"closed," you say "closed until 4." If you want my review of the food? Probably worth it. We waited for over a half hour on thefood. It's not overly flavorful besides salty. Added miso when I got home. The broth is decent. Holy smokes. Easily the best ramen I've ever had and honestly up there with some of the best meals I've ever had. We tried the... chefs special with pork and the Naruto with chicken. Both were phenomenal. The meat was cooked really well and the pork had anice crispness to it. The broth was such a 10/10. Next time I'm in town, I'll for sure be stopping here again! Read more
