Rude employee taking orders through the drive through. I believe her name was Tara. Rushing us through our order it?s rude and... inconsiderate. It?s not like it was even busy and we were not taking our sweet time. I?ve worked fast food at McDonald?s.There?s no reason to be rude to people. Do I really have to give this place 1 star?Lady working drive thru was the worst employee I've ever encountered, and I've been... in the customer service business for a long time. She was beyond rude. I'm not going to give you a word for word breakdown,but she doesn't employment anywhere. She needs to be fired or sent to anger management or some form of therapy. Being honest, McDonald's isn't somewhere people are often met with over-the-top kindness, care, and/or willingness. Laura is the... exception. My mother-in-law, wife, and I went in to spend some quality time over breakfast. Laura's exceptionally kind andwarm-hearted personality made this morning more memorable than we could have imagined. Seeing someone work so hard with a smileon their face and caring demeanor brought a lot of hope to us three and made for the best McDonald's experience one couldimagine. I sincerely hope someone of upper management gives her the recognition she deserves and reciprocates the kindness sheso willingly shares! Read more
