The time we had to wait was ridiculous! You would have thought the place was busy! Not only did they not get one of my friends... order right, she stood at the counter over 10 minutes, just to try and get dipping sauce for her nuggets!! The two people working drive thru were absolutely amazing! They were so sweet and have the best customer service! The lady at... the front with the neon nails was super nice and so was the guy with the longer hair at the second window. Thanks so much forjust being outstanding and kind. The worst McDonald's in hot springs. They have gotten my order wrong every time for consecutive weeks in a row . One of the... female managers I dealt with was extremely rude . I will not return . I highly recommend you try any of the other McDonald'sthey seem fine. Read more
