Embassy Suites USED to be great hotels! Arrived to find you have to pay for parking in the parking lot of the hotel you paid... money to stay at! Got off the elevator to find dated carpet possibly from the 90s. Got to the room and immediately found stainson the carpet just inside the door. The bathroom was small but well stocked. The room did have a fridge and microwave. It wasjust a few blocks from downtown also. Not a great value, but was comfortable! Read more

I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still came inside on top of them replacing our personal towels with... the hard and rough hotel towels. I let the front desk know and they didn't do anything. At the time they entered when our dogwas inside and who knows what could have happened if he ran out the room or whatever. The omelettes were good but the potatoeswere still frozen and I was crunching on them. Overall the stay was fun and relaxing. Read more

Hot Springs Embassy Suites is my favorite. The complimentary breakfast to order and managers happy hour are reason enough.... However, the staff is wonderful. They are friendly and are happy people. The suites are so comfortable and have easy to adjustthermostats. Easy parking and great prices since the breakfast is included. Hope to come back soon and visit the spa. Read more

We are in town for the Baseball Weekend. My husband and son spent their time getting autographs and listening to baseball... players speak. The girls and I went shopping and sight seeing. We only stayed one night but it was fabulous.  The pool andfitness center were great to chill out and work off some energy.   The breakfast was amazing! Yes, there was a line foromelets and we had to wait on plates but they were busy and hey....sometimes you have to wait. All in all it was a wonderfulexperience and all of the staff that we encountered during our entire stay were very friendly.  We will definitely come backand I highly recommend this hotel to others. Just arrived at the Embassy suites. Lobby area was impressive. Appear to be clean and welcoming. Entered our room and was a... little disappointed. The room appears clean but the carpet need to be steam cleaned. The sitting area (couch and chair) aredated. The dinning area appears to be on point. Stay tuned... Last night 8/21/22 we discovered bed bugs in our room. We weremoved to another room which is for smokers and we are not. Only room available at this time. Very disappointed! Planned on a 3night stay... Stay tuned. Last night 8/22/22 we had a pretty good night sleep. Previous nights were not so pleasant. Smelledsmoke throughout the night but able to manage through it. Have not heard from management about a different room or the bed bugsfrom a previous assigned room. We were not expecting it as well. Will be checking out tomorrow. Stay tuned... Read more

The carts for baggage were all gone. The concierge gentleman went and got me a cart. I really appreciated him. Breakfast buffet... was not as good as it used to be, namely No pancake or French toast options. Biscuits were not same quality as before. Eggs onthe buffet bar were definitely sub par. They do still do omelette to order with good variety and amount of toppings and realeggs. Fresh cantaloupe was good. Kid friendly, cereal and yogurt available. Pool water looked gross and there were pieces of ashoe floating in it. It smelled strong but did not bother my eyes like regular chlorine. It was large and nice seating andtowels available. This is our second time staying here and we have enjoyed it both times. We brought the kiddos this time and they made sure any... extra items we requested were either already in the room or brought to the room promptly. Also the complementary breakfast wasmuch better than any we have seen before not just cold pastries and a coffee they actually had hot food and an array of drink.Very nice love the hotel and love the area. For the price paid ($ and points), I expected so much more. I've always had an excellent experience at all the Hilton Hotels... I've stayed at until now. It was very outdated and probably the most disappointing of all the hotels I've stayed in. The bedswere uncomfortable, the couch sunk in, the room always felt damp, a strong smoke smell for a non-smoking room, air conditioningquit working during our stay, room cleanliness was a 2 out of 5 at best. Location was decent, but the shuttle service ismisleading. It only stops at two locations and does not run during the week. Parking was challenging when there was an event atthe convention center. The ice machine was broken on our floor. We found ants in our bathroom. Pool was closed. Breakfast wasokay. The room was spacious. Read more
