Right on the main drag in hot springs, this is a spot not to be missed. Delicious food, amazing burgers and friendly staff!... Always good and fresh. The service is OUTSTANDING! With a group of 17, we needed a place downtown to have a bite of lunch on a Sunday. Knowing that... this would be a huge ask of any establishment, we headed into Bubbalu?s. They were super busy and packed and it smelled greatin there! By the time we had all made it through the ordering at the counter, the incredibly helpful staff had assisted us ingathering enough tables and chairs together so that we were all able to sit together. The food came quickly, considering howbusy they were. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! I had the chicken salad melt and it was phenomenal. The wheat berry breadreally kicked it up a notch. The cheese fries were every bit as hot and gooey as you?d expect and the onion rings weredelicious! We had several small children in our party and the staff brought out a free basket of fries for them to snack onwhile we waited for our order! This did wonders to appease our hungry littles! I absolutely recommend Bubbalu?s! As some otherreviewers have said, the staff doesn?t expect you to tip, but they definitely earn it! There is a tip jar near the register, useit!! Read more

Worth a 15 minute wait in line. They don?t expect tips but please tip well- every nickel is needed in this economy. The fries... and onion rings were good. The soda fountain was off (need to clean the lines). The burger was average, and the hot dog wasgood. Chicken salad melt was interesting. The service was average- which is above average for Hot Springs. Everywhere else thestaff were tired and some cranky. Here they were hard working and pleasant. Bacon cheeseburgers, fries, cheese fries, and onions rings are the bomb ????!! Bit pricey but if you can splurge stop here. The... staff was super friendly and the cooks seasoned their meat well. The only reason we gave this place 4 stars is bc the hamburgerpatty was small. Read more
The hamburgers are ok. The hot dogs are ok. The milkshakes are good. The onion rings are frozen and not freshly cut. BEWARE... they are served piping hot. I bite into one and burned my lip very badly. I never have had that happen before. Read more
The owner was so sweet to my kids. It made their day that he brought them fries and talked to them. The food was fantastic... Americana. It was everyone's favorite meal of our 7-day road trip. Great place to take kids! Read more
