This was the second time ordering a 5 topping large pizza. There was no sign of beef and only 8 pieces of pepperoni. Only a... small amount of cheese. We thru more than half the pizza in the trash. Very disappointed. Read more

My experience with this place sux. I have ordered on two different occasions and got the same cheese pizza delivered to me that... I didn't even order . Last night I ordered a large three topping meat pizza and extra cheese. Dessert. Bread sticks. Drink. Wellgot everything I ordered but no meat pizza but a cheese pizza that was no good.I would not be ordering from Papa John's no more.You make your own mind up. Read more
Ordered pizza online for delivery. The driver dropped our pizza on the ground at our feet and scooped part of it back in the box... with her hands. Apologized and said we could get a new one, but didn?t come back with one. Called the store and the managerrefused to give us a new one or refund our money. I suggest going somewhere else. Placed an online order at 5:52. Site said 58-68 minutes. At 7pm it finally showed my order was baking. Showed out for delivery... at 7:20. Call the store said my food should arrive by 7:42. 8:05 I finally got my food because the driver got lost. The food wasbarely warm. Wow. I'll 2nd that the employees really need to get up to speed. Quick! Place an online order. Got confirmation. Walk into store... and they can't find my order. Looked up by phone and name. Can't find it. Tell me i must have ordered from another store. So Iwalk back out to my car. Get my phone. Walk back in. Show them my confirmation number. A few min later another girl has to comeup and she finds it. I waited for 30 min at the store for it to complete. Had time to go into mexican place next door. Get guacdip and eat it all before my order was ready. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Extra cheese usually means the wholepizza, right? 1 whole slice had NO cheese. The slice next to it had very little. Rest of pizza was NOT extra! Very veryfrustrated. I understand they are a newer location and they were extremely busy. BUT.... While I was there, another customercame in to get the rest of her order that was not delivered with her order. And a 2nd customer wasnt happy about something. Food was cold upon pick up?wings were under cooked ?. chewy ?rubbery. Called to complain & was left on hold for over 20 minutes.
