Wish i could leave a 0. Ive been a long time customer of ricos long before it moved from across the street from the arnot mall.... The service and food has went downhill tremendously. I usually just eat the food and dont complain. But tonight i ordered astromboli which was raw dough on the inside. I called and they offered me a partial refund. I told them its unedible and theyneed to send me a new one. Which they did after a few minutes of complaining and trying to make excuses why they couldnt. The2nd one showed up even less cooked than the first one and only had maybe 1/4 of the toppings in it as the first. So again i calland they tell me i have to come tomorrow to get my money because they are closed. I asked for the boss's name and number whichthe manager told me she didnt have but said she will have him call me. I am still waiting on a call but dont think i will berecieving one. I will have to say i wont ever be ordering from here again. I absolutely use to love there food its too bad theemployees dont know how to make it correctly any more. I hope he finds someone that can actually cook the food good and run thisstore better because this wasy favorite pizza place. What a shame. Read more

Extremely rude service. Ordered a pizza 2 hours before delivery time. Over an HOUR LATE. Was put on hold for 10minutes and could... hear all the employees saying rude comments about calling to ask where our pizza was. I asked to speak to a manager and was hungup on. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE Read more

Placed an order for delivery and never came until we called and said they been waiting for someone to call about it. Not sure... what happened but a phone # should be a requirement or any order or if it was on there why did anyone call? Supposed to be lunchbut ended up with dinner. Pizza was great! Read more
