Very disappointed. Won't be going back. Called the manager and she did not care. Three issues First we placed an order that... included two entrees. The brussel sprouts were excellent. The lobster potato was terrible. Please see the attached picture. Itwas just garbage with a single piece of meat, and very little sauce congealing at the bottom of an overly largecontainer Second. Give up on curbside. Not going to happen. They just don't come out. We waited 5 minutes and then wentin. Third. We spent $15 and expected a couple of biscuits. They've always given them to us in the past. They refuse this timeciting policy. I called the manager. She was pleasant, terse, and clearly did not care. Just have not had a great experience the last three or four times. I've tried to give them the benefit of a doubt. Mostly orders... to go. I've had better experiences eating in the restaurant. If I'm going to order takeout and put a tip before I even get myfood, I expect it to be satisfactory. Extremely small portion size bowls of soup to go, I got two whole biscuits for twopeople, and not to mention the food I ordered was very bland and the seafood was not good. I couldn't even get the get theremnants of meat out of the lobster tail. Long story short, the manager at the time I spoke with, was more than willing to makeit better. They took my email down instead of offering a refund stating it would be easier and faster, I haven't heard anythingyet. It's been days now, I've called to check up on the email a couple days later and another manager at the time said theywould send something out to get to the bottom of it, and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point it would havebeen easier for a refund. Not just complaining to complain, I'd like to think I give companies a fair amount of chances. Atthis point, I don't even care about the refund. Placed a curbside to pick up at 1:30, still sitting here with no answer 15 mins later from their pick up line, texted here to... the automated message, nothing is happening. Food fixing to be cold before I even get it and apparently no one is working hereat the moment. It’s a Sunday…. We’re 24 minutes into a curbside pick up line that no one is picking up. I’d have beeninside by now but I have three small kids in the car, hence curbside pickup…. Hung up and dialed again…nothing but a waitline with no answer. Getting agitated now… pick up time was 30 minutes ago…kids are screaming in the back seat…. Stillno food. Now hungry and mad I’d drive off but they make you pay to place the order Send help. I’m never doing this again.This is my first curbside pick up experience Update- the pasta dishes were dry and literally had NO sauce it is straight pastaand shrimp ???? and the appetizer dip was old and gross. It was crowded, but the wait was only 20mins and staff very friendly! Everything was good, except I discovered I don’t like... lobster lol! Crab and shrimp were great. The crab-stuffed shrimp rangoon was the star of the show!! So creamy and crunchy andjust like regular crab rangoon, but inside a shrimp. Yum. Cheddar bay biscuits are as good as they say!! Very sweet staff. Thewait for food was not horribly long at all, despite the crowds. They said there were some new cooks learning, and they did well! Read more
Well I'll tell ya. I was very displeased. They sent me out two burned hamburgers .first one took forever and came out... burned.second one looked liked they burned it on purpose. I didit get to eat . So I'm not so happy. Waitress said manager wassick and couldn't come see us . They took off the price of the meal but that was all . Mind you I didint eat it. Read more
Best trip I've had here in along time ! Came for endless shrimp, my server warned me they were short staffed and food and... refills were going to take awhile....he was on the ball none stop getting us double refills and made are dinner a reallyenjoyable experience I highly recommend and I left very full with lots of left overs ! I purchased the endless shrimp option at $21.99 through the app for curbside pickup. It is always one of my personal favourites,... and it never disappoints! It is simply delicious!
