We had a gift card we wanted to use, and we tried out our local location, and it was a terrible experience. Our service was... good, but aside from that, it was awful. The food was not cooked the way we wanted, the chicken tenders were not cooked allthe way through, my steak was well done and burnt, I asked for medium, and the cheeseburger was burnt. They were all out of Prime Rib by the time I got there, so i ordered a NewYork Strip medium rare instead. The steak was cooked... perfect, coupled with a side of corn and a house salad that was almost a meal itself. The appetizer cactus blossom wasdelicious. I'll be heading back soon. Read more
The food itself was really good, our server on the other hand was very inattentive. His name was Brandon. He forgot my items 4x... and he wasn’t speedy when he finally brought them or even apologized. It was quite obviously he had took some type ofsubstances before his shift. He was totally out of it. We love the chain. This location disappointed. The vegetables are very undercooked and consisted mostly of carrot, and the sweet... potato is quite burnt. The New York strip was rare but not cooked on the outside at all. My smothered chicken was the best partof the meal, aside from the amazing rolls. The mango margarita was also good.
