Came here on Red Cup Day after my normal store ran out of the red cups by 9am! They honored my receipt from the Southaven... location and gave me the amount of cups I would've received otherwise. They were so friendly and polite to me and my kids. Ialso noticed them all helping each other with no attitudes or shortness even with it being super busy. Normally I drive twice asfar for my coffee treats, but I think this may be my new regular spot! Read more
So I went here and got strawberry mango lemonade I think and it was very good but that?s not why I?m giving it 5 stars. I lost... my wallet and I?m attending swift transportation academy and my CDL permit was in it and other documents needed to get my CDL.I?m stressing so I started looking for it. The absolute worst Starbucks and I have traveled coast to coast. I waited 5-10 min at sign to order, pulled up to the window... where I was ignored for another 5-10. Even though the window girl was at the window she continued to text and talk away- noother customers were there? I see why. When I finally knocked on the window she said yes- I asked if they were open, she saidyes but I?m on a call and rolled her eyes. I said don?t worry about it, there is a Starbucks right down the road (literally)-and she flipped me off and called me an azz whole- staff all around her. Well if you go to any Starbucks after 11am and you want a regular coffee all your going to get is that nasty tasting Pike. Asked... for a pour over nobody knew how to do that. So I told them I will just take the nasty Pike. I have no idea why I continue to goto ANY Starbucks after 11am expecting them to be serving anything but nasty Pike. Can't they change it up ? How difficult is itto serve something else other than that awful Pike Coffee. I only order regular coffee. I don't order all those milkshakespeople be buying. If I wanted a milkshake I would just go to McDonald's. Anyways no more going to Starbucks for me. Dunkin isworse with their watered down coffee. I understand that espresso drinks can only be done so many at a time, but we ordered colddrinks. Quality is decent but the workers need supervision, help, or more training.
