I would give this place zero stars if I could. We paid over $200 for my daughters party and our waitress basically bullied us... out of there. But it was fine, after dealing with her we were ready to leave. She had us switch tables THREE times. Our partywas supposed to end at 5:30 but she insisted we move from our table and gather up all presents, cake, etc by 5???? Will neverhave a birthday party here again. Oh and don?t be fooled you?re not paying for a party room! It?s party tables lined up maybe afoot or two between each so we were so squished bumping into other families. We only had a little time there. I made a promise to my kids that if they were patient with me and good all day at work with me,... that I'd take them. Work ran over, but I had to keep my promise because they were angels all day. I realize it they wereclosing, but They charged me $48 for 30 minutes and the girl checking me out was acting like I robbed her of precious life.However, we made the best of it and all had a great time. Great experience at this location. At least at this location most of the games work. It wasn?t too over crowded so that was a... plus. Restrooms were clean and there were staff walking around dusting games off. Great customer?s service here. Read more
