Two hours before closing, I asked for a Spicy chicken burger, the guy even asked if spicy chicken, absolutely no one there,... pretty dead, I paid and he still made me move forward, the food came to me in about a minute so I am not sure why I was asked tomove forward, I guess they were so focused on closing shop, I came home and I got a burger, no chicken, I always liked thisplace, I guess not anymore Read more
They always get my order right and the foods so delicious. My favorite salad is the one with guacamole and bacon. The employees... are always nice and professional. I haven't dine in at this location so I'm not sure about the cleaning side of it but willupdate you when I go in more than once. Read more

Yesterday night was the worst experience I?ve had at any Wendy?s in my life. Wendy?s has always been known for its customer... service, and I was shocked by how the 10:00PM shift manager Adrian treated me and my brother. Not only did he not give us ourorder but he didn?t give us a full refund back to our payment method. I ended driving ten minutes away to another Wendy?s closeby. How Adrian treated his customers and his employees was absolutely grotesque. I would recommend him being counseled. He needsto treat his team and loyal Wendy?s consumers with more respect. Bought a single patty, single cheese hamburger with Baconator fries and a large, (free refills) Coke Zero, ($9.35). If you... choose to dine in, when you enter this smallish Wendy's stop at the first counter. You can choose to use the electro-board whereyou press to request your meal action. However, if you are using a coupon, you need to wave to the front counter for help. Seephoto for the "When-Does?" interior layout. This was my first visit and I walked in and went to the pickup counter. How was I toknow the standard operating procedure (SOP)? I suggested to the young manager to have a sign letting folks know to stop and usethe first counter to order. I stood at the pick-up counter for 3 minutes before I had to speak up to get my lunch-action moving.The hombre's bathroom was new and efficient. The hot-air hand dryer was "on the blink." I did a don't ask, don't tell becausethe auto-towel gizmo was pushing its product like a champ. There is also an outside vanity sink with auto soap and hot and coldtaps that allows you to wash your hands w/o having to wait for bathroom access. Nice touch. If you snorkle and wolf down yourmeal and get all gooey, sticky and slob-looking, this self-standing sink will bring back your inherent beauty with H2O and soap.Your soda pop is self-serve Coca-Cola products. The touch screen lets you select various options. I tried to use a moistenednapkin to click-create my drink but the touchscreen did not respond. I was trying to keep my fingers from getting koodies. Youcan mobile order and also traverse the drive-thru. There were no flies becuz the interior had one of those fancy Eco-System bugnuetralizers. The free Wi-Fi was not the fastest draw in the West. My burger had too much tart secret sauce. Next time I amgonna request a dry patty. Overall, Wendy's Nation was solid. Read more
