First no one to attend customers through drive through, then I went inside the restaurant to pick up my online order, order was... not ready. Then they told me they didn?t have an ingredient to make one of the sandwiches I ordered which is understandable, but when I chose a different sandwich they said it was more expensive and that I?d have to place my online order all over again.I mean how is that my problem, long story short I was going to pay the difference cash just to not have to place the orderonline all over again but an employee by the name of Chad who was very rude said he had already cancelled my order and I?d get arefund in two days. I didn?t even ask for a refund! I just wanted to take my dinner home to my family that was it. I ordered online and didn?t get my full order. I ordered from the app and it was delivered by door dash. I was told by the... driver to call the restaurant to request a refund but I?ve called literally 15 times and no one answers the phone. There?s nocustomer service phone number on the app and their Fb account doesn?t answer either. Looks likes I need to dispute the chargewith my bank. Read more

Two thumbs up for the ONLY employee working at the moment today Friday evening 10/28/2022 who is fairly new. He takes the star... medal for running the entire store on his own on only two months of training. He was a very nice gentleman, extremely apologeticfor being the only employee able to work and process orders while still attempting to run the store as smooth as he possiblycan. Great job sir! Just bought 2 foot longs subways and worst ever.. bread was old 95% of the veggies were out. I told the guy to get some from the... back to re stock and advised they were out. For 17.95 what a waste of money. Since I was out running errands stopped for a quickbite, it would of been better to make my own at home.. This Subway location is horrible. I?m surprised this place is still operating, place is filthy bread looks old they are always out of ingredients and even... fountain drinks! I was charged for a kids meal only to tell me they didn?t have the kids bag or the cookies, basically paid fullprice for just the kids sandwich and drink, employees are rude, manager is careless. This location is consistently awful and has terrible service. There's always something going on with it. Either they have the... lobby closed, only accept cash, ran out of something, or have only one employee juggling walk in, drive thru, AND online ordersat the same time. It's always something. This location should close down instead of wasting everybody's time. Don't open yourdoors unless you are ready to get it together and function like a normal restaurant! Read more

We gave them two tries, online orders, first time they messed up our sandwiches, the second time they gave us a call to say they... didn't have all the ingredients to make our sandwiches & asked if we wanted to cancel, of course we did! Yesterday, my husbandaccidentally ordered from them again, but this time they take the W! There was a piece of something from their tools in one ofour sandwiches!
