I ordered online and didn?t get my full order. I ordered from the app and it was delivered by door dash. I was told by the... driver to call the restaurant to request a refund but I?ve called literally 15 times and no one answers the phone. Two thumbs up for the ONLY employee working at the moment today Friday evening 10/28/2022 who is fairly new. He takes the star... medal for running the entire store on his own on only two months of training. He was a very nice gentleman, extremely apologeticfor being the only employee able to work and process orders while still attempting to run the store as smooth as he possiblycan. Great job sir! Just bought 2 foot longs subways and worst ever.. bread was old 95% of the veggies were out. I told the guy to get some from the... back to re stock and advised they were out. For 17.95 what a waste of money. Since I was out running errands stopped for a quickbite, it would of been better to make my own at home.. This Subway location is horrible. First no one to attend customers through drive through, then I went inside the restaurant to pick up my online order, order was... not ready. Then they told me they didn?t have an ingredient to make one of the sandwiches I ordered which is understandable, but when I chose a different sandwich they said it was more expensive and that I?d have to place my online order all over again.I mean how is that my problem, long story short I was going to pay the difference cash just to not have to place the orderonline all over again but an employee by the name of Chad who was very rude said he had already cancelled my order and I?d get arefund in two days. I didn?t even ask for a refund! I just wanted to take my dinner home to my family that was it.
