The food was old dry like it sat for hours. The fries hamburgers mcnuggets dry tasted old. Called and they read me the policy to... take it back after I throw it away it was such a big order. Told them there policy should be cook it right the first time. Plusit was curbside I had to get down for my own drink. Then there upset cause I won't drive back. Said yeah I will if you give megas money. How easy for them to miss up but not want to fix it cause I didn't want to drive back. We went thru the drive thru at 11:50 and a team member stepped in front of our vehicle and told us that he had ignored tons of... cars before us and that he wasn?t going to accept our order even tho they weren?t closed yet , we just wanted 2 powerades . Theman told us to leave and continued to stand in front of our vehicle not allowing us to move foward . He then went inside but myspouse told him that we were waiting until 12 then and he said that it was fine because he was allowed to close early! . I?m amanager at a restaurant and I know for a fact he as a team member isn?t allowed to do so and can get sued for falseadvertisement on the time you guys close . I also know it?s automatic termination for closing restaurants early !! I will betaking this to cooperate extremely unsatisfied , you guys need to know how to pick your workers or else you?re going to keepgiving customers terrible customer service . It isn?t very delightful for workers to be so rude and stand in front of peoplevehicles not allowing them to get drinks . We asked for his name and they told us his name was Bryan so I expect to not see himanymore that was unbelievably unacceptable. They have a hard time counting. Tired of ordering chicken nuggets and they are missing multiple. Also aside from the nuggets... every time I go here they forget items in my order. They need to pay better attention to the order when the send it out. Read more
Place says it closes at 12 am, we placed a mobile order for pickup around 10:40. Got there, and they had locked all the doors... and placed cones in the drive thru. Saw workers inside, and for some reason they accepted our order and then "completed it". Sowe basically got charged for food we never received. I can only imagine the amount of hoops we'll have to go through to get ourmoney back they essentially stole. Beware of this Mcdonalds! Read more
