I came in to buy my usual French crullers. After I paid for them cashier refused to give them to me because there are regulars... coming in that like them. I am the regular that owns house five minutes from this store and it?s first come first serve. Walked in with a smile on my face said hello to the very unfriendly lady who took my order. Then lady who made my order rudely... tossed bag down and stated the order number and walked away no thank you no nothing. The staff at this Dunks is amazing. Best coffee and staff. Caylee (hope that's right) is so helpful and has this Dunks in tip... top shape. My order is never made correctly and the employees there are really rude. One time, I ordered a coffee and a latte and in a few... mins they gave me my coffee, but forgot about the latte. I normally wouldn?t mind that mistake but after I stood around for afew minutes one lady yelled at me ?Why are you still here? in a really mean tone. Another time it took 15-20 minutes for them tomake my drink and it wasn?t busy at all. I had to remind them about it that time too. I was the only person in the shop at 3:45 pm. Waited 5 minutes for one of the two workers to stop filling call ahead orders long... enough to make a medium hot coffee. First worker took the order. handed back my change without one word spoken. Second workermade the coffee. shouted out "medium hot" and walked away. Just terrible! Stay away from this location, I arrived and no one was at the register, I was the only customer and had to wait... for the 2 employees to finish their conversation and say they good buys , I order a caramel latte and hash brown, he made aregular latte and forgot the hash brown, I was the only customer.
