The drive thru was fairly quick and the attendee was nice. The food smelled amazing, but I didn?t want to drive off without... checking the bag FIRST. They had run out of two of the most popular sauces. The sides were missing. The inside behind thecounter was dirty and a lobby with impatient customers waiting. Either someone is not managing this establishment properly orthey need to hire more people. No one was wearing gloves nor hair nets. 16 pc. Tenders cost $47! Once a year my wife and I go to this Popeyes location hoping it would get better with time. It has not, it has gotten worse. I... see good reviews posted and I do wonder if they are fake or the reviewers don't know what the recipe is supposed to taste like.The spicy chicken is supposed to be spicy (hot) not salty. I love this place. It's clean and the food is great. The wait is a bit slow for sure especially if you choose to go in and would... improve if they had more experienced and well just more staff on hand. If possible to give zero stars I would. Contacted corporate about this poor customer service, food, and errors. I?ve given the... place 3-4 try?s. When it first opened and corporate was there, the visit was successful. Ever since the name you give at thedrive thru is ALWAYS incorrect so they have to try to figure out the order. First two times Patrick was the name, at the secondwindow it was Alex, and Brian. The third time it was Chris but they said Fred. Every time they say it?s because it was due tonew employees or being under staffed. Then EVERY single time the chicken is hardly breaded or undercooked. But when you try totell ?management? they argue and are disrespectful just like all the other employees are from start to finish. It?s to a pointthat I would STRONGLY advise NEVER to order not even a simple fountain drink since they can not seem to grasp even a simpleorder or make the food they promise. Also expect to order a certain amount of food but get the wrong about for instance a 5piece but 4, or less, EVERYTIME. See from photos, no breading, not a 5 piece as usual.
