Customer interaction and friendly greetings are not on the menu at this location. To further help the employees not to interact... with customers, wait on yourself kiosk have been recently installed. After completing my order on the kiosk, which was acceptedand paid for, I was informed of all of the items they did not have (some they never have had). But yet they are listed on thekiosk? The bathrooms in this location remain locked and are not available even for a hand washing. How does Chick-fil-a seem tobe the only food establishment that finds employees who serve with excellence and a simple smile? (Review based on multiplevisits to this location.) Read more

Terrible. They have a few great employees but mgmt is rude and can't manage. Espresso machine was broken for nearly 3 weeks,... they run out of cups on a regular basis. They will not start making a mobile order until you arrive and ask for it. Completelydefeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Pathetic. Read more

Ordered a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar that was only half full, stale old coffee, and no sugar, and oh a lid that... dripped the entire time and an egg and cheese on an English muffin which was instead put on a croissant. There was no line inthe drive thru this morning and 4 idle employees who handled my order but none of them could get a simple order correct. Verydisappointed in this Dunkin! Read more
I've only ever been to the drive through, so I can't speak as to what occurs inside. The people I have spoken with at the window... seem pleasant enough, some more than others. They are ALWAYS out of something or can't make it for some reason. I only get theexact same drink every time, nothing else. On top of that, there seems to be variation in how it's made depending on who makesit. It's a franchise, should be uniform across locations. I almost always mobile order, but still when I pull up to the speakerI get "I'll be with you in a moment." Sometimes even if the only cars in the parking lot are employee vehicles (yeah, i go therethat often). It's like they can only wait on one party at a time, so they wait until they have completely finished the car infront of you before they start the next thing. More often than not, I'm watching them make it when I pull to the window. I'm notmad at that, it means it's the freshest possible, however it does lend credence to my "one party at a time" theory. I readreviews that complained about price variation. I have also noticed that. If I order and pay in the app, it's consistent. Not somuch if I order when I get to the store. Honestly I only use this location bc it's a little closer. The one down the road ismuch better and cheaper. As expensive as everything is, I think it might just be time to give it up or make the drink at home. Read more
this is not the first time i did a mobile order and when i picked it up my food wasn?t ready and they had to ask what my order... was. They make the drinks and forget about the food. My order was to be ready at 4pm. I pulled off at 4:27pm. Tomato basil pestosandwich was the hold up. Make it make sense. 1 sandwich!!!Get it together. Read more
