Its getting better. Staff attitude improving. Sometimes you rather avoid than to deal with the ppl. So you go to another store... or gas station. It's still a good store. I love this place they have everything that you need and in my opinion they got some of the greatest pizza that you could ask... for especially from a gas station sorry not a gas station a general store they even have a full service counter where you canget sub sandwiches made if you're not in the mood for pizza but I highly recommend their pizza if you happen to be going toCasey's and you haven't tried it yet Read more
Ordered a pizza for carryout. Will NEVER buy a pizza from this place again! Crust was so soggy that it stuck to the box. Pizza... was almost too spicy and salty to eat and I am a fan of Tabasco sauce...it was THAT BAD!! I would have took it back but kids weso hungry that wife wouldn't let me. Do yourself a favor...if you want lousy, cold, half-done pizza...buy a frozen pizza andtake it home. Much cheaper and same quality! Read more
My recent visit to the Hopkinsville Casey's General Store could quite possibly be the worse service I have ever received at a... convenience store. Upon entering the store two female attendants were at the counter discussing some work related stuff. Neitherone of them paid any mind to me at all. Not a "hello" ,"welcome", or anything. I brushed it off, picked up my chips and noveltyitem and headed to the counter for checkout. Mind u..I'm standing in front of the female attendant's at this point. The silencewas again to my surprise. Not a Hello? Did u find everything alright today? The younger female just took my products and scannedthem. Didn't even tell me the total. Luckily, I know how to read the register screen. I handed her my money. At this time I'mdisgusted by the lack of customer service skills on display by both the older (manager) female and the young (trainee). Neithersaid anything the entire time as if I didn't exist. I'm not a regular customer at this establishment, but better believe afterthe service I received today. I will definitely not be back. And will definitely voice my dissatisfaction until something isdone with the lack of customer service skills by these two female attendant's on duty! Read more

Every Casey's I've been to is clean, brightly lit and well staffed. The pizza is delicious! They use measuring cups so every... pizza is consistent with toppings. AND they offer coupons on the boxes so after 10 larges, you get one free! Read more
Tried to order a pizza and was asked to call back in 20 minutes, they are busy and the employee said she was new. She stated... that the manager was helping the front and she couldn't take orders. Wonder what will happen when I go in? Same treatment? Wow!! Read more
