Almost every time I have tried to go here it is either a) accepting cash only (this has happened 6+ times and I've had to go... elsewhere as I do not carry cash) b) closed early or open late despite it being open hours or c) accepting mobile orders only.It is such a convenient location and I love Jimmy John's, but at this point I think I've been unable to get food here more timesthan I have been able to successfully. Edited 10/24/22- I have not yet successfully been able to get a sandwich here in the last5 months since this review. Waited 30 min in drive through line and gave up one day, another they were closed, another time theywere cash only. I don?t know how they continue to operate. Read more
Ordered catering for same day delivery. Order was pretty small, but the wait wasn?t long and the bread was soft this time.... Plenty of condiments were included so we didn?t have dry sandwiches. We did order a drink that we were charged for but neverreceived. Read more

I never leave reviews and I LOVE Jimmy John?s. I used to go to this location all the time; however, I have tried going recently... 10+ times and have never had success. They are never open. I hope this store can get better staffed soon. I am at the pointwhere I will give up trying. Read more
Very poor. Over an hour wait. After the app said ?out for delivery? I waited another 40 minutes. At the hospital visiting... family. Not impressed with this jimmy johns. Oh and no straw or napkins i the bag. Jeez. Glad I don?t have to get it from thereagain. Read more
