The Holiday gas station in Hopkins Minnesota has the best people working there. KAREN IS THE BEST, she always goes above the... call of duty. I enjoy seeing her smiling face.ANDY COMES IN A VERY VERY CLOSE TIE as the second best, they are both alwaysworking hard very busy sticking, cleaning or pleasing the customers. I also had the pleasure to meet Jessica/ manager, also veryvery kind and a pleasure to meet. I just want to say thumbs up holiday for having the best employees thanks again to Karen Andyand Jessica?? Not sure why this place is getting such bad reviews. It's okay when I go in. Certainly no worse than other places hit with... product and labor shortages. Staff is nice to me. Perhaps if you go in to shop without knowing what you want, I could see howpeople get frustrated. But they're always open when I want to go in. They used to be open 24 hours, but it's definitely an earlymorning destination rather than a late night one, and their new hours coincide with that. Read more
When your store hours say open until 10pm then your door should remain unlocked until 10pm, when your employees want to step... outside for a smoke break 5 mins before 10pm it seems like you need new employees with better work ethic and better sense ofright from wrong. I purchase thousands of dollars in fuel everymonth for the company i work for...... needless to say holidaywill no longer be recieving that business thanks to your choice of slackers. Probably the WORST Holiday around. I will go out of my way 5 miles to get to a Kwik Trip. The Holiday staff do not look at... customers as customers, they look at them as an inconvenience, and a target for their social etiquette policing practice. Forinstance, this morning I wanted a coffee, and I had exact change to give her. I put 4 quarters down, and she says "My handsright here" in an unfriendly tone. I could not see her hands, the barrier was in the way as I was looking down. I would let itpass, but this is the 2nd time in a month she has made a cynical statement as if I was trying or had an intention to disrespecther in some way. I used to go here 4 times per week. But the last 6 months, it seems each time I go, a reason jumps out at meas to why I shouldn't stop in there anymore (such as a bacteria invested condiment bar). This is the last time, I can just passby and go somewhere else. And, if you look at my reviews - I'm not a complainer. I figure I spent about $80 bucks there in amonth before....well, Holiday, that's $80 bucks off your top line. Read more

I would like to give them a quarter of a star or none. This is by far the worst Holiday I have been to ever. The staff is... horrible, always on their phone. Ignoring customers by having conversations about customers infront of them. Long lines andbackup never comes. The cooler is hardly ever stocked not is bakery. Staff is rarely in uniform. They store has been inshambles ever since ally has taken over. Read more
Gas Rewards keypad is malfunctioning. The enter/ok key was not working on pump#4. Didnt get the gas discount. Fix this and I'll... be happy to edit back to 5 stars. Thank you very much.
