8/2022 is honestly my husband & mine 1st time here, at this ice cream store, and we're in our 40's! I got the brownie, vanilla... ice cream and caramel & chocolate drizzle. My husband got the Oreo ice cream with cookie bits of golden cookie and regular Oreotoo. TIP: For TWO SMALLS IT WAS $15.XX. YOU ONLY NEED TO BUY A SMALL SIZE. Read more
I have been visiting this location for 30 years. I always brought our 6 kids for their birthday treats. I had gotten great... service. The clerk always took my printed coupon with no problems. Today I visited for my birthday coupon. My coupon said tojust print it and bring it in. As I arrived I gave the clerk my coupon up front. She told me to punch in my number. I don't havea number, mine is an email. I signed up 20-25 yrs ago. She said well we have a new system. Meanwhile another gal is making thebig cups. So she didn't take my coupon and wanted to charge me $13. I told her well this is not my problem, I followeddirections I can't help that you changed your system. So I walked. They probably ate my bowls. I was really disappointed and itdidn't make my birthday. Awful customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. She could have just taken my coupon andgave me the cups and had a happy customer. But I decided to come here and write a negative review instead. Read more
Good ice cream ..... staff doesn?t know how to except all coupons.
I feel sorry for the few others who have had bad experiences here. Whenever I have been to this ice cream place, my experience... has nothing lesser to being pleasant. We have had our birthday cakes ordered out of here and they have always given the best ofit. The ice cream cake is a treat for people of all ages. I have always found that they have a standard set of ice creams tooffer, which don?t get rotated. But the flavors are very creamy true to its brand name. The staff have always offered freesamples on little spoons how many ever times you ask for, without complaining. The method of preparation where they amalgamatedifferent flavors with top up flavors is a treat to watch. Make sure you try the different wafer types over the cups when youare here. At price level, it is little over nominal. But this place is truly a ice cream wonderland in Hopkins that?s open allseasons! Read more
The store is clean and petite. However the customer service is at a minimal. The sizes were not labeled and the clerk's were in... the back almost 80 percent of the time. Read more
Oh my goodness the ice cream is creamy, sweet, and delicious! The staff were very patient with us as we were indecisive in... deciding which ice cream flavors to get. They have so many unique/different flavors and toppings. I definitely recommend thisice cream shop and will absolutely be coming back. Read more
