Horrible customer service ! My food just thrown into the bag. I asked the women why my fries were all over the bag and she said... ?I didn?t mean to? with no apology and an attitude. I love coming to this location but the people I interacted with today wereunpleasant and upwards disrespectful. Life too short to act this miserable, you should probably look for a different job. Might very well be the worst BK I?ve ever consistently eaten at in my entire life. I almost felt bad writing this because I... literally keep giving this place chances. I legit order 1 thing from BK: a chicken jr (light mayo, add cheese). 1 in every 6orders is correct. 2 = stale chicken breasts 2 = missing cheese 1 = heavy mayo It happens so often it?s hard to believe itisn?t done purposefully. This is the ONLY BK worth going to! Had the Southwest Bacon Whopper and it was restaurant quality. The team working right now is... efficient and proactive. Jimmy Johns across the street should get some training from you guys. Thanks! Read more

In my 22 years of living in and around St. Louis Park, I have NEVER received the correct order here after 10 am. I always ask... for the same special Whopper jr meal and they always get it wrong and today was the last straw for me. I can not believe thisestablishment survive with such poor service seeing as how busy it always seems to be. I do want to give me respects to thosewho work morning shifts. I'm greeted with a smile and given my order fast and CORRECT. I will never return here and will nowdrive to golden valley or plymouth to get my meals from now on. Speficially requested 2 sides of zesty sauce. Did this face to face! The told me to wait in my car and they forgot it! Order... take did not add it to my order amd to make matters worse 20 min to close the store said they are not available to contact. Notanswering phones during business hours! I can't forgive this. Total bait and switch after waiting 10 munster, kindly pullingahead to wait and a fave to face order conformation not added to my receipt. I only ask people do the bare minimum and even withhuman I traction and acknowledgment they failed. NOW let's make it worse...refunds are only if you sign up for the BK app andI'm not happy. I'm not going to sign up to get refunds for what you messed up! I think we should class action lawsuit them!
