Been sitting in the drive thru for 15 min. 1 car in front of me. Can't pull out of the line because there is no way around.... Inside is closed and noone is taking orders. There are employees inside talking and laughing. Person in front of me must reallywant that chicken cuz Ida been pulled off. Bojangles and Hardee's are right next door yall. Always get the spicy chicken sandwich which is really good but it's hit or miss with the freshness. Always ask for it to be... cooked fresh but half of the time its not and we can tell. Read more

Well I hope no one orders and expects popcorn chicken. Beware, if you order popcorn chicken you might be lucky to get a... blueberry sized piece of chicken with stacks of breading on top! Terrible service, despite being designated quick pickup with signage to come in, they have doors locked and will not answer the... door, or phone, forcing you to drive down the block to come back through their drive thru. They are charging $5.00 for theirchocolate cake which is supposed to serve 6, and give you a "mini chocolate cake" the size of a mini cupcake. No customerservice, actually HORRIBLE customer service. Newly redecorated, but the same great good and service. Our family enjoys the location around 2nd n Charles on West Broad, as... well as the location on Jefferson Davis in Chester. The photos are from the Chester location. These locations are staffedespecially well. It might be a good idea to phone ahead, because of the great variety you might have to wait for one type ofchicken or another. I'm a big fan of the grilled breasts. Read more
