My friend took me here for lunch and got some sort of two sandwich deal. The fries were nice and hot the sandwiches were nice... and hot except my friend did not get any mayonnaise on his sandwich which the sandwich comes with mayonnaise. Going there was a Big Mistake. Was there on Monday 7-25 about 11:40 am. Place wasn?t busy but I thought I was lucky to beat the... lunch crowd. The crowd never happened I got the whopper and onion rings?.. and sat down. I bit an onion ring cause I was hungry.You have to enjoy the taste of cold grease in your mouth. I took them back for hot ones and she gave me another order. I satback down and bit the hot one. Well it was hot but the oil needed changing in the fryer and it was dark and greasy. The whopperwas Nasty! It was Cold. It got colder as I wasted time with the onion rings. If you can imagine the taste of cold grease in thetop of your mouth?.that was my experience there. I could only imagine driving 20 miles from a drive through experience. I didn?tget upset or cranky, I just asked for my money back and went elsewhere. For some time I have been on a quest to get a Burger King Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. One BK after I ordered, told me they only... had one at the window and I was forced to either pay full price or take another sandwich. Another location had stale bread. Lastnight my family went out to eat something different than holiday food. We went to BK and we discovered the lobby was closed. Noproblem. We got in the drive thru line and waited approximately 14 minutes to place the order. That was fine because the foodwould be fresh. It tool another 12 minutes to get our food. My wife read back our order to the clerk and he said yes. Since wehad two items we pulled around the front to check. The whopper just ketchup was fine. My wife's whopper Jr. was missing. Webypassed the drive thru window and two cars were waiting for there order. After waiting another 10 minutes we got to thewindow. The clerk simply didn't put it in the bag. I got home and I discovered my Burger King Chicken Parmesan Sandwich hadAmerican cheese had American cheese on it. Why is it I cannot find a BK that will take the time to make sure my order is correctinstead of surprising me with something I don't eat. After scrapping off the American cheese I lost most of my marinara sauce. Read more
Horrible experience. Waited 25 mins just for them to get the order right, another 5 for them to correct it. I'm done with BK...
