While I don't care for their bone in chicken, I tried the chicken strips the other day w/ the buffalo sauce... It was good, hot... & crispy! Biscuit was fresh too. Not sure if they can't hear inside, or the speaker is bad, but had to repeat the order threetimes. That was a bit annoying, otherwise, very pleased. Read more
Today was disappointing. Chicken fried to the crisp. I ordered the 8pc tailgate special. I could only eat 1 1/2 piece I had to... toss the rest to the trash. The biscuits were like hockey puck.... hard as a rock. I gave up Popeyes when I first arrived herelast year because Bojangles changed my mind. Now??? May be the quantity.... not the quality anymore! This is what you get when you order a Chicken Sandwich. Definitely looks like a Chicken Biscuit to me and a sadly filled bag of... fries. The best part of this was they originally forgot three items from the order, we had to go back and the female in the blueshirt working drive thru acted as though it was our fault they didn?t bag three items. She threw her hands up in the air andwalked away acting extremely dramatic. One of the items they forgot, the fries to a combo. The bag they gave is in the pictureand if I wanted to lick a salt block one of these ?fries? would work. The incorrect chicken has a biscuit that looks likewhoever made it hates their job. Highly recommend pulling every item out of the bag and making sure you got what you orderedbefore you drive off. In an industry where people want $15/hr, if you can?t do the simple things right, you don?t deserve it. Read more
Ok Experience. Service was just ok. Food was not bad
The worst Bojangles I've ever been to, burnt dried out food, smashed my biscuit. No dirty rice, no tenders with 20 people... working is ridiculous, then on top of that to give me burnt food dried up food for my hard earned money. I'm definitely gettingahold of cooperate so they can look at the film at this place y'all playing with people food and could cause someone to getsick. Read more
Love some bojangles bo berry biscuits. We are visiting from Arkansas and this stop was a must for myself. My girlfriend never... been before. She loved the biscuits and the sweet tea. Service was a little slow that's why only 4 stars. Read more
I used to eat here a lot when I lived in North Carolina. This time I returned to settle a discussion on whose biscuit was... better; Popeye's or Bojangles. By far Bojangles has the better biscuit and the chickens not too bad. The sweet coleslaw wason point and the mashed potatoes were the typical powdered version with Brown gravy. Keep in mind it is fast food so nothingspecial. I do think Popeye's chicken is much better especially the way the batter crunches after fried. Plus popeye's are knownfor their sides; Red beans and rice all day long and even though the potatoes are powdered the gravy is next level. I normally have an ok experience here but last time I went the girl working in the drive through had a garbage attitude and was... loud and obnoxious. My wife had ordered the first combo and before she could finish the girl said the total. Then my wife saidI'm not done and started to order more food and before she could finish the order the girl did the same thing again. My was wifekinda irritated and said with a more serious tone I'm not finished and then in very unprofessional manner the girl startedlaughing like it was amusing that she sucked at her job. Now I'm very patient and give 5 starts out for a business when peoplejust do their job efficiently and just respond cordial. I don't expect people in fast food to be the greatest personalitybecause I understand many people give them a hard time for no reason. As a construction worker I have nothing but love andrespect for those in the food industry because I rely in these people on a regular basis. I say that only because my normalinteractions go well with people in the food industry even if they're having a bad day. I give people the benefit of doubt butthis one young lady just lost you a star. Read more
