I ordered the chicken hibachi online with no onions which was listed on the comments section. I get to the store to pay for it... and started opening the bag to make sure(as I always do) she said everything inside and no onions for both. I said yes. I gethome and look? with onions. I call the store and she wants me to bring the food back up there so she can see it. I am notdriving there again today and she said save the food and bring it back another day. I am usually well tempered and a very patient person by nature. I've been going to place for a very long and never had a... problem. I understand when you get extremely busy and sometimes it can be overwhelming...but when you order your food at 5:58 pmas a walk in and others received their food before you when they ordered after you, that doesn't sit well with me. Hot garbage. The worst part is that it was recommended ????. What type of Japanese place is going to serve overcooked rice?! The place is ok. Very disappointed with my order, I ordered fry rice and my fry rice only have soy sauce, my mistake was not... checking my order before I left. Is kind of pricey for the portion. Sorry guys I won't be returning to your restaurant. Read more
