Tonya is one of the the managers at this stores location . She was very rude to me and was being very petty towards us because... my order had a modification so she got it wrong and when we pointed it out she was very rude . When she remade it she was pettyabout it and rude . Also witnessed her treating the employees badly and cussing at them. I asked for a refund before the othermanager with the sweetest disposition offered to fix my order and apologized to us. The great manager is named Kishma she is aangel with the sweetest attitude honestly she should have Tonya position. It always seems the top dog is the rudest and mostunthankful to have a job! Tonya is the epitome of someone I wouldnt even have employeed at my business! Please provide hertraining with customer service bc she is lacking severely! Kishma deserves a raise she is setting the example and shows care forher employees and customers! Kishma will be the only reason I'd ever visit this location again! If you can't be nice tocustomers Tonya go find another job since your so miserable!Kishma is the type of person the world needs more of! Kind and downto earth and sympathetic to the needs of the customers she even came and sat down beside while she ate her lunch and talked withme and my daughter with such sweetness and kindness in her soul! Went through the drive-thru, rather quickly. Employee was very nice and polite. Got home and was missing 4 items from our order.... Drove back to Taco Bell. The manager was very sweet and politely gave us what we had originally ordered. I'm not upset one bitbecause everything we ate was fantastic!! Love, Love, Love Taco Bell !! Read more

Y'all must have gotten new management or are paying these folks better now because I have never gone to taco bell before and... been all that satisfied with my meal until tonight. We had ordered a taco party box and chalupas, the party box was really neatwhich I have never seen before at a Taco Bell, none of the shells were broken or tasted stale, the chalupas were fresh which wasa first for me, and the drive thru was exceedingly quick. I'm surprisingly impressed. Please properly compensate your team, theysurely deserve it! Read more
Ate here today, tried the New $2. Burrito it's fair ??? I tried to photograph the Menu-board to help out fellow Google Folks... "BUT" was told be a Lady "NO" photographs allowed,,, even though I DID NOT see a sign stating that Today Monday 25 July 2022 ??? So I guess In-My-Opinion,,, she Did NOT appreciate my help,,, therefore "I" personally can EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE that "I" amappreciated. And see how she appreciates Losing Customers and Money.
